Welcome to Carmaa Car Care (carmaacarcare.com). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, mobile application, and doorstep car wash and detailing services. By booking a service or accessing our Platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

Service Terms

Carmaa provides doorstep non-mechanical car care services, including washing, vacuuming, polishing, and detailing. By scheduling a service, you agree to provide our technicians with access to the designated vehicle at the scheduled time, along with a safe working environment. Customers must ensure that all personal valuables and belongings are removed from the vehicle prior to the start of the service.

Booking & Cancellation Policy

Bookings can be made, rescheduled, or cancelled via our Platform. To avoid disruption, cancellations or rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 2 hours before the scheduled time slot. Cancellations made within 2 hours of the appointment or after the technician has been dispatched to your location may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Payment Terms

All service charges, applicable taxes, and subscription fees are presented prior to booking confirmation. Payments must be completed through our authorized online payment gateway partner (Razorpay). Subscriptions are prepaid and recurring. Subscriptions can be paused or cancelled as per plan terms, but no refunds will be issued for partially used subscription periods.

Liability Limitations

While we take utmost care, Carmaa Car Care is not liable for pre-existing vehicle damage, mechanical failures, electrical issues not directly caused by our service, or loss of any personal belongings left inside the vehicle. Our maximum liability for any service-related claim is strictly limited to the amount paid by the customer for that specific service booking.

Service Guarantee

We strive to deliver exceptional detailing quality. If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of the service, you must raise a formal complaint with our customer support team within 24 hours of service completion. We will review the details and, if appropriate, coordinate a complimentary rectification service.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to revise, modify, or update these Terms of Service at any time. The most current version will always be posted on our Platform. Your continued use of our services or Platform following any changes signifies your acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law (India)

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms, our Platform, or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Dehradun, Uttarakhand, India.
