No. There are no hidden charges. The price you see in the app is the final price — no extra fee for distance within our service cities.

Is there a first-booking discount?

Do prices differ for SUVs and luxury cars?

Yes. Pricing is tiered by vehicle size — Hatchback, Sedan, SUV, and Luxury. Larger vehicles require more product and time, so they are priced slightly higher.

Understanding Our Services

What is the difference between a car wash and car detailing?

A car wash is routine surface cleaning. Car detailing is a comprehensive restoration — paint decontamination, machine polishing, deep interior cleaning, and protective coating. Detailing protects long-term paint health and resale value.

What is dry cleaning and how is it different from a full wash?

Dry cleaning focuses on the interior (seats, carpets, dashboard, door panels) using no water. A full wash covers the exterior. Both can be booked separately or together as a combo.

What does the Full Wash service include?

The Full Wash includes waterless exterior cleaning, tyre and wheel cleaning, interior vacuuming, and window and mirror cleaning. Exterior polish is an optional add-on.

What is included in car detailing?

Full detailing includes: exterior paint decontamination, multi-stage machine polishing, deep interior cleaning with steam sanitization, leather conditioning, tyre and wheel detailing, and optional ceramic coating or wax sealant.

How long does a service take?

A full exterior wash takes 30–45 minutes. Interior dry cleaning takes 45–60 minutes. Full detailing takes 2–4 hours depending on the vehicle's condition and size.

How often should I get my car cleaned?

For daily-use cars in India, a weekly exterior wash is ideal to prevent contaminants from bonding to the paint. A professional interior clean every 30–45 days keeps allergens and odours under control.

Do you clean the engine bay?

Yes. Engine bay cleaning is part of our full detailing packages. It is done carefully to avoid contact with sensitive electrical components.

Is waterless car washing safe for car paint?

Yes. Our waterless formula uses polymer-based lubricants that encapsulate dirt and lift it off safely — preventing scratches. It is pH-neutral and safe for all paint types, including matte and ceramic-coated finishes.

Will the service cause swirl marks or scratches?

No. We use high-GSM microfiber towels (a fresh cloth for every panel) and pH-neutral chemicals. Our process is safer than a traditional bucket-and-sponge wash, which commonly causes swirl marks.

Is the service safe for luxury cars like Audi, BMW, or Volvo?

Yes. Our technicians are trained for luxury vehicles. We use dedicated products for leather, soft-touch surfaces, and delicate trims. Many of our regular customers in Dehradun drive premium brands.
