This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) governs the collection, use, disclosure, and protection of personal information by Carmaa Car Care (“Company”, “Carmaa”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) through its mobile application, website ( www.carmaacarcare.com), and other platforms it owns and operates (collectively, the “Platform”). This Policy is published in compliance with the Information Technology Act, 2000, and the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011 (“SPDI Rules”), and is binding on all users, visitors, and service providers who access or use our Platform.
This Policy applies to:
Users/Customers booking services via the Carmaa platform.
Service Providers/Partnersregistered on Carmaa.
Anyone accessing our app or website.
By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data in accordance with this Policy.

Vehicle details (make, model, registration number)
B. Sensitive Personal Data or Information (SPDI)
Location data (with permission)
Payment details (Razor-pay gateway; we do not store card or UPI data)

KYC documents (for Partners)

Device identifiers, IP address, browser type
App crash logs, session data
